The location was perfect, just a short walk from key attractions. However, the bed was uncomfortable, causing me back pain.

honestly, this place is a joke. they put me in a moldy-stinky room on an alleyway despite paying for a nice one, and the breakfast lacked quality (just garbage). woudl ve been nice to receive a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but of course that was too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Not Suitable for Anyone
The location? It's great, close to everything and out of the way. perfect for a quiet getaway. The hot water in the bathroom was a nice plus, really helps after a long day.
It wasn’t cheap, but with the HORRIBLE bed that felt like a torture device, and almost zero pillows, I'd say it's a total scam.

I genuinely enjoyed the strong water pressure in the shower and loved how clean and cozy the room was, though the lack of an elevator made lugging bags upstairs a hassle. I'd definitely stay here again!

Staying at this hotel was a pleasure, especially with my young kids. We loved the spacious Standard Triple Room with a wonderful balcony for relaxation. The location was super convenient for visiting local parks and attractions, making family outings easy and fun.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use better maintenance.

I enjoyed the stay. The location made exploring the nearby historical sites easy. The room was equipped with all the essentials. I appreciated the 24-hour front desk service, which made check-in and check-out hassle-free. One memorable moment was when I found great local restaurants nearby, perfect after long days of sightseeing. As someone who enjoys road trips in Italy, this experience of discovering a new culture was refreshing.
Shower bracket was broken, so I had to contact staff for repairs. The lack of fresh air and adequate electrical outlets was inconvenient for charging my devices.

Great Location with Room for Improvement
The hotel’s proximity to trams and restaurants made exploring easy, but our room lacked fresh air and suitable electrical outlets for mobile charging. If you prefer hassle-free luggage handling, inquire about room placement as some involve stairs. The cleanliness was commendable, but bathroom odors need addressing.
